Set Forgot Password Form and Page

Step 1.

You can create your form, Go to WP > Forms > Create new or you can grab our created one code and put in there.

create new form and Copy this code .

And past in this marked red area as we did.

Use from action should be selected forgotten.

Step 2.


– You can have login and forgot form on same page with these steps.

Then go to wp > pages > login page You can have a separate page or if you want to have forgot password form right beside the login form.

Past in this area of Login page. on classic mode.

Hit save and then your frontend would be like this.

 

– You can have a forgot password Separate page as well.
for Forgot page copy this code

Hit save and form will be like this on your forgot password page.

Then Go to Pages > login > click on classic mode and past this code here.

 

Then switch mode to backend editor. and click on edit Raw html.

In here you need to replace website url with your website URL. and then hit save.

then click on top tab “design options” and here you can add some margin.

Hit update.

Your login form will be look like this.
